Ridiculousness

Just discovered that Mediafire is reviewing three of the files I have stored on my account.

Did they pick the actual TV shows and recorded music or even the fanvids with video clips of copyrighted material I have uploaded there? NO!

They've decided to suspend the audio versions of my fanfics Waxwork (DW), Travelling Incognito (FMA) and Bottle Garden (One Piece).

If anyone can see the remotest piece of sense in this, can they please explain it to me, because I'm lost.

I've sent a counterclaim stating that it's fanfiction stories written BY ME read aloud BY ME and that if written fanfiction is all over the internet and generally considered fair use, why should they have a problem with the audio version? Who knows what'll happen there, though.

Angelfire reinstated my fic website after I sent them a similar response stating the obvious when the site was taken down for abuse, so we'll see.
