NaNoWriMo: 5000 words approx
Which is behind, but not too bad considering I only started yesterday, so that's 2500 yesterday evening and 2500 this morning.
I'm writing the AU Haven thing. Found my notes, but I hadn't written down as much background as I'd thought. Also I missed off the opening chunk because the clearest scenes in my head are Audrey meeting AU-Nathan and AU-Duke. I'll type what I've done so far this afternoon, try to catch up on the rest of the word count I'm behind by, and figure it out from there. I've taken this week off work like I usually do, although in theory that was always so that I could devote time to writing original fiction for NaNoWriMo.
I'm kind of wanting to take a break, in all honesty, after about 60,000 in 6 weeks, or whatever the last 3 fics add up to. But it IS NaNo, and I do it every November, and I still also want to do the challenge. Besides, last time I wrote a novel length fanfiction was years and years ago.
Is it me or is the internet really, really quiet, these last 4-5 days?
