Jordan McKee Appreciation Week on Tumblr

Haven fen came up with the idea of 'Jordan McKee Appreciation Week' on Tumblr, and I wanted to drop a link to point the way to that here on LJ/DW: http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/jordan-appreciation-week

Probably be some crossover with anything I post there in these journals since I'm not sure about posting large blocks of text to Tumblr if I do come up with fic to share, so might as well start here with Day 1.

It’s Jordan McKee Appreciation Week! And it’s NaNoWriMo! I kind of wish those things weren’t happening at the same time, but I will attempt to get something out at some point this week aside from badly animated gifs (be kind: it’s my second ever attempt). At the very least, I have a long plotfic where Jordan makes a significant cameo at the climax that I hope to post at the weekend.

So much of my Jordan fic ends up also being Jordan/Nathan. After 3.13 and season 4, I may be the only shipper left (at least, I’m not sure there’s many), but it doesn’t really matter to me whether they’re holding hands or she’s chasing after him with a shotgun, it is what it is. ;) Although I do have this weird, sappy little AU headcanon where they’re back together again eventually after Audrey left with the Barn, adopting Troubled kids and living happily ever after for the next 27 years. (Standard warning: fic does not end well.)

Argh, I wish I had time for this, so far behind on everything! Great idea, though.

I'm supposed to be writing a novel so I know exactly what you mean! (It's really hard to write anything else at the same time as writing an AU mammoth.) I'm kind of glad the only fic I have almost-ready to post anyway is my last finished one with her in it, so there's at least that for the weekend.
