Oh, wow. Now I've just noticed that my last post was April 1st, which is a bad mark in my efforts to try keep this thing updated.
I seem to have inherited an allotment, which there was supposed to be three of us working on and is in someone else's name, but certainly for this season it doesn't seem as it anyone else is going to be able to spend a material amount of time up there. So... that accounts for a reasonable chunk of where my spare time is going at the moment.
I am also still writing Haven fanfiction, mostly in my chill-time first thing on a morning and last thing at night. I have, what, 5 finished fics and 2 WIPs? *tries to remember* 3 WIPS, maybe, but one's only just started, one's halfway through, and one's very nearly finished. And a couple of further plot ideas. Okay, so I guess this is another fandom that's officially eaten my brain.
Down - Gen fic about Audrey and Nathan in a house that's been pulled under the ground by a Trouble. 9k. In beta.
Desperation - The obligatory Sex Trouble fic. Nathan is not happy about advertising his partial immunity to this particular Trouble. Nathan/Duke and both with a female Trouble of the Week char. 11k. Beta'd. In edit. Which in theory means this should show up soon but in practice means it could be years. 'Down' is likely to surface earlier, anyways.
Sea Change - vaguely Duke/Nathan plotfic. Duke saves Nathan from drowning and they fight sea monsters while Audrey Parker and the rest of Haven PD are... indisposed. Weirdfic. This is also the 'see how much damage Nathan can take and keep walking around' fic which, if you know me, I guess is as obligatory as the Sex Trouble fic. 13k. Finished, unbeta'd.
untitled sequel - ...to above fic. Duke/Nathan, part 1 is mostly sex, part 2 is mostly action. Post-2.2, Nathan remembers he once had a certain offer from Duke, and decides to take him up on that while he still remembers what it feels like to feel. Obviously, crooks take over Duke's boat. 19k. Finished, needs editing.
Silencer - Attempt at a Duke POV semi humorous fic. Duke, Nathan, Audrey gen. Someone's Trouble has stolen all the sound from Haven in the dead of night. Duke thinks this is fate taking the piss, because he's been getting far too much amusement out of Nathan Wuornos' recent broken jaw. Basically 'Hush' but without any of the aspects of being in a visual medium that made that work as an episode, as the characters communicate via bickering memo notes, text messages and weird semaphore. 12k. Finished, needs editing.
untitled 'Cube' fic - Audrey, Nathan, Duke plotfic. Nathan, Duke and three really fucking scary new-discovered Troubles are stuck in a magic maze, while Audrey due to her immunity is left on the outside trying to guide them through it. Inspired somewhat by the movie 'Cube'. 10k so far, unfinished, about halfway through. Partially abandoned, but thinking of changing the setting to early season 3 and trying again, seeing if a good dose of venom in the Nathan-Duke relationship will revitalize the idea.
27 Years Bad Luck - Audrey, Nathan, Duke, OT3ish. 'Mirrorverse' fic (evil twin Trouble). Duke is upset that there can't be an evil version of Audrey on the loose who's out to molest him. You know, I seem to have a habit of taking these ideas and finding the grimmest aspects of them to explore rather than just having fun... 27k+, nearly finished.
That's about it. Won't go into the ones that aren't substantially written yet, although there's a Nathan/Jess and possibly more Nathan and Duke in there. You will notice that the common thread is Nathan, though I'm perfectly happy writing any and all permutations of fics that involve him.
Waiting for other Haven fen on my flist to own up! :D C'mon, this show has to have more fans around...?
