TITLE: The List
AUTHOR: Roseveare
RATING: PG-13
SUMMARY: Picking up the pieces post-X2. Scott, Rogue and Logan search for the missing.
LENGTH: ~9,000 words. 3 parts.
NOTES: I maybe stretched the timescale of X2 somewhat for this story, providing almost a week between the attack on the mansion and the return. I recall Jubilee largely from the cartoon series. I have never seen X3.
NOTES #2: This fic is the best example ever of how much I suck at actually posting and editing my stories. It was originally written back in 2004, then completely forgotten about. The first part has been on fanfiction(dot)net since 2008. I then managed to lose the rest of the story until the other day. At this point, I'm just posting it quick before I do anything else stupid. Originally I had intended this to be the first of four related stories, but the rest will now never be written.
DISCLAIMER: Not mine, no profit, yadda yadda yadda.

*irritation* Why can I find so little actual Scott Summers fanfiction in the mammoth X-men various fandoms archive on AO3 and why does nearly all of it seem to have to involve Wolverine?

(Anyone got recs?)

ETA: I mean, I don't actually mind recs involving Wolverine, it's just that I'm more looking for a Scott fix (fics?) in general, not a Logan/Scott fix, and there are plenty characters in the X-men I find more interesting than Wolverine. And I'd kind of rather the focus was on Scott than Logan being alpha-male with Scott.

This brought about by the other day re-reading [personal profile] katta's old X-men series: http://archiveofourown.org/series/21620 And the fact that since getting into Haven fandom I keep thinking, every so often, on how Nathan Wuornos and Scott Summers have certain similarities. Which has never been clearer than when I was trying to write a Superhero AU and put him in charge of the team.
